Orders

We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors, technical errors, fraud, or if we are unable to fulfil the order. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Products

Our products may be handmade and individually finished. Slight differences in paint, distressing, colour and finish are intentional and are part of the character of the product.

Preorders

Some products are sold as preorders. The expected production time is stated on the relevant product page. For the MET VALO TEE, production is expected to take approximately 2 weeks.

Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

The price shown at checkout is the total product price before any applicable shipping costs.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or technical errors. If an incorrect price has been displayed, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Delivery

Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and the shipping provider.

Returns & Consumer Rights
